Medium Plenty was approached to redesign the common areas of a condominium complex that was originally a department store. For the entry hall we referenced the historic use of the building through imagery displayed in custom steel frames. The focal point of the courtyard is an original concrete column that has been repurposed as a fountain with a stainless steel basin.
