A new residence and the first LEED-H Platinum Certified custom home in Northern California. Medium Plenty acted as local designer and interior designer and was responsible for detailing, finish and material selection, construction management and LEED documentation. Sustainable measures include solar thermal water heating, photovoltaic energy generation, water reclamation and a planted roof.
